Illness plays havoc with my playtime
Posted by Graeme Davidson on November 13, 2007So, having a cold (or flu) definitely plays havoc with work and play. As I have been in bed for the last 3 days, I have missed many things - I was picked as a starter in our 11-a-side team time down here on Sunday, two days work (which upsets me the most as I have lost those days, and days to me are targets lost if you understand what it is I do)
Now I have to pick myself up and get back onto the working path, along with getting myself back up to speed with what is going on in the industry. Furthermore, I will have to try and bulk up my weight again after probably losing about a stone over those lost days. I am still not in the best of ways to be honest. However, I will endeavour to be a the top of my game by Friday and back on target - as importantly, on Saturday we have the mighty Scots playing the devious and violent Italians in a winner takes all Euro qualifier.

My back and legs hurt from not walking over the past few days…

Aaah, bless. Did you have a spot of man flu?! Only kidding you sounded pretty awful when I spoke to you the other day. Hope you’re feeling much better now. I better not leave my name unless it jeopardises your secret agent status!!
