I have an extensive knowledge all aspects of online marketing, such as SEO, PPC, affiliates, media planning and buying, email, viral and social media. My goals are to provide a strategy for our clients that incorporates all or some of these disciplines to maximise their ROI. Working closely with our clients is an imperative, as we must thrive to be a team - clarifying goals and building ownership across the team so that we are always improving current performance.
My job is to know everything that is going on in the industry and keep myself up-to-date with any developments, which entails a lot of research (and very long hours!). I am the first point of contact for prospective clients, and therefore have to have a comprehensive understanding of all in the digital arena.
This also means that I have spent much time understanding the usability of a website and how this affects the customer journey from landing page to buying. Learning through all the intracisies of how to make your customers click is indeed a tough learning path, yet extremely rewarding in the end.
